I split a 03 warrior this weekend. When I split it some pieces came out of place and was not able to figure out where they go. I have 3 washers 2 thin and 1 thick maybe 3/16" I have looked in climer manual and the print off from the dealer and can't figure out where the 3 washers go there are 2 on the axel idle shaft that are in place still. I see 1 can go on the axel drive and 1 can go on the axel counter shaft but cannot find where a 3rd 1 goes much as less a thick one any help would be appreciated

i had same problem when i did mine, i had to look at the parts schematics on rockymountainatv.com to find where the went. i do remember there are no washers on the balance shaft

Thanks I got it figured out with some more investigating warrior ran good and sold
