Better low end

I was on a poker run yesterday I am wondering what's the best way to get a little more bottom end without losing the top end the reason is there was equal hills as there were flat area I was always either screaming in 2nd gear but bogging in 3rd on the hills my warrior is stock only up grade is a uni filter
