Best Tie Rods for stock A-arms

I'm sure it has been covered but I can't find any insight using search. I'm looking to replace the tie rod assembly and just want to know what a quality one is to go with. I have some American Star ones saved on my watch list on ebay. They look like good quality but haven't seen any reviews.


Also on a side note, does anyone have any pictures of how far apart the brake lever is from the throttle? I put new bars on but i can't get the brake lever to line up without hitting the throttle?

Ricky Stator make some nice HD tie rods the price is high but they are worth it, Ive heard a lot of great reviews.

American Star should be good. IIRC I had some and they were beefy.

These are made by AllBalls. They have great products. I ran these on my stock arms before I built my +2s. I still have the ends on my American Star rods. The AllBalls rods are floating around my tool box somewhere... lol
