banshee shock adjustment?

ok so i just got a banshee shock. its raised in the back with is what i wanted. but when i sit on it it sags more than an inch. how do i stiffin it up?

bump! im not shur which way to twist it. i want to stiffen it. i just dont want to soften it when i think im tightening it u know? im sure some one knows
