i was wondering if there are any parts that are not interchangeable between the raptor and warrior?

Yeah, lots of stuff. I'm not going to try to list everything, but the cams are not interchangable, exhaust silencers are not interchangable (only because of the mounting tabs), the plastics and seat are not interchangable because of the mounts, many of the electrical components are slightly different, there are lots of little things like that. If you want to know something specific ask us and we can tell you if it'll swap or not.
