If I want to do a higher compression piston at STD bore is there anything else i need to do other than just change the piston.

i believe you can use just about any cam. i did mine when i got the piston done, but i went up a bore size. might not be a bad idea if your cylinder is scored, but since you have an 06 you should be allright doing a stock size. i had a hotcam put in because its a completely new cam, but others might tell you megacycle or web cams. i dont know what they do with those (welding on your core or something like that, i could be wrong, if i am please tell me).
