adjusting front and rear shocks

I wanna make the front and rear of my raptor 350 lower how do i adjust the shocks? video response would be good

Take the preload adjustment on the bottom of the shocks and put them on the lowest setting. For the rear the preload rings go all the way to the top. This will make you suspension super soft

i did the front shocks with a hammer and flat head screw driver how do i do the rear???
