About to replace the wiring harness. Any tips?

I've never replaced a harness before so I was just wondering if you guys had any tips or ideas of the best way to replace it. Thanks.

start in the back and work your way to the front and don't zip tie any of it to frame until you have it run and everything plugged in

Here's a noob question. Do I need to remove all of the plastic for this?

Yup and the airbox and if they are wired through them the top engine mounts
