Well, the MAN CAVE got another project!

After $10 at the car wash

It cleaned up pretty good, now were just waiting on some PARTS! Damn Ice storm has me backed up!!

This one is a little rough, but should be able to polish this turd into a very shiny turd.

I have run against a 650 with my Raptor 700, they are tit for tat on top, but i edged him on bottom end.

Yes it was ugly, yes it looks like a lost cause, but in a few short weeks that bitch landed me a really rare find, a much more awesome find than a clean garage...but hey this is my post and in my post pics do the talking so on with it we go.

First on students a lesson. I bought a POS predator 500 for the sum of $800, then I cleaned it and polished some aluminum...and tightened a few nuts and bolts...like that, it was bitchin.

But screw that its a POOlaris, so I traded that rag for this and $600 (NOTE:he gave me $600 and the DS, that puts me at $200 into the DS).

And like the badass I am I cleaned it up with spit,beer,and elbow grease

Now feast your eyes on the progress of what hard work will bring you.


This is after a cleaning and tire and wheel swap (got the tires and wheels for a run down beat up non running LT80 I had nothing in $FREE)

Then I cut those fat ass fenders off with a razor knife

Bought a FMF pipe off ebay for $200 (Build total $400)

Then I had to replace a vent line and fuel petcock total cost is $16.00 (build total $416)---NOTE:The swingarm and all other aluminum is shitty looking

Remember that shitty aluminum stuff....acid will fix that as shown below

I pieced together HID kits from my parts store $FREE--Build total is still $416

( I also splurged $20 for a used Baja bumper on ebay--build total is $436)

But ****...now the DS is gone gone gone....after all that work its gone....but wait...something took its place....something blue,with two carbs,and its not another raptor...heres a look into the future

I traded for this little gem! An unmolested Banshee mods include:
-Holeshot tires
-FMF pipes:evilface:

...thats it....

Still has the airbox lid, TORS, a non bent factory grab bar, and the parking brake works! Straight across for the $436 DS650 you guys be hatin on

Now the real question is do I have the balls to start cutting and stretching this virgin:iagree:
