88 warrior wont start in neutral

i recently stripped my 88 warrior and painted the frame, and put everything back together , or so i thought, now it wont start in neutral and the neutral light does not have a ground going to it???? if i run a new ground it lights up, is there a neutral switch or something.... i have no clue

Yes,there is a wire that is dissconected

does anyone know which wire it could be causing no ground to the light, and it not to start in neutral??
