Damn man the last time I seen a connecting rod bent like that was on my buddys boat, when the #8 cylinder was getting water from the exhaust manifold.

i love carnage!! been a engine tech for over 15 yrs now and have pretty much seen it all! you got lucky that sucker didnt explode and window the case! Cool pic!!! i had a very bent 351w rod and piston i used for a ashtray for years. whoooops!

so ive got a takegawa 88 motor on the way to replace it. not sure what in gonna do with this one, maybe a 106 stroker witha race head
also took some more pics today. the rod is actually bent up and over

put it next to a sbc 350 piston from one of the motor im building

and decided to do a little painting, the red flake pops in the sun and with the white i think itll look nice with the plastic
