2001 Warrior Problems Please Help

Ok so I bought this warrior last summer and have rode it ever since but it after a while it started having this problem if I ride for maybe 30 minutes in a moderate to hard way it boggs down and shuts off but I can alway bump start it easily and it will run normal again until about 30 minutes later but then it wouldn't start up even the first time one day so I took it apart cleaned the whole carb and now all it will do is idle and if you hit the gas it shuts off. I really don't know what is going on if you have any info pm me or add onto this:atv:

How's your fuel air mix screw?

I've adjusted it alot while it was idling it didn't do much but today I took the throttle cover off and it's rusted bad I was wonder if it sticking would have something to do with it

The screw was all the way in do you know the correct adjustment on these
