1987 Warrior Jet kit? Same as 93-04?

I'm looking for a jet kit for my old quad, however all the kits are for 93-04. I assumed a jet is a jet, and yamaha part numbers are the same regardless of year..

Will any warrior jet kit work with any warrior? Thanks!

Basically,yes--allthough you will need to use your stock needle.The jets are the same

So there really is not benefit to a jet "kit" for this machine, as all I would be doing is swapping out jets and moving the clip..

Jet kits are a waste of money.. you can buy jets at your dealer for 3 bucks a piece. And you only need about 3 at the most.

Yes thats what I'm beginning to realize, especially if they fancy needles won't even work with my machine. From the reading I've done only the main jet will likely have to be replaced, with the possibly exception of the pilot for winter riding..correct?

I'm coming off a triple cylinder snowmobile, so I'm no stranger to jetting, just a stranger to the warrior and what is "normal"
