00 warrior will not start

i just came home from an extended time overseas. i replaced the batt and tried to fiore the old pig up. the fuse is fine but i am not getting anything . the relay sounds like it tries to engauge but starter doesn't turn. where should i start.

Check if the starter is still good.
If its not turning then it might be broken.

check to see if an animal chewed any wires first

could be something as stupid as the starter switch being bad....i would go through everything that has to do with starting (fuel, spark, and compression) meaning, check all wires first ALL and let us know whats up
