So, I've been working on the warrior a few hours a day the past couple days doing some upgrades. I installed banshee shocks, modded my air box, clean/jetted/pen spring and valve cap mod. Parking break block off, new AOF clutch perch and motion pro cables. No to the bad....got everything...

after installing my banshee shock. i noticed that there was a little bit of play on the top, side to side. maybe only 1/8-1/4" each way. honestly i've never really done any suspension work so i didn't know it this is normal or not?

My needle on my carb is set to the 3rd notch down. which i believe is stock. But under the clip there is a small washer and a rubber o-ring on the needle....is that supposed to be there???? I don't see it listed on any of the carb parts breakdowns i've looked at. maybe the last owner put it...

just ordered from jetsRus. Really hoping I get them by Thursday in time to get it jetted properly for a big day riding on Saturday! Anyone know how long it usually takes. Getting them Shipped to Pittsburgh..:???:

Hate creating anther thread about jetting. But jetsrus.com and some people on here have a different opinion. Do Dynojet jets vary in size from OEM Mikuni jets? Because if jetsrus.com is correct, the largest jet in dynojets kit (150) is equal to a 140 OEM... Which doesn't make sense because...

So ppl on here say upgrade the shocks and a arms. So I'm looking into getting some banshee shocks. But what type of a arms are good aftermarket, and what's the difference from the stocks? Besides the +2, which I don't wants..
