Yes don't sell it because of this. I had the problem a few years ago and the float valve was damaged and stuck. I believe I got a moose carb rebuild kit and there was a new one in it. About $30 and an hour or two of your time and you should be good to go!

Thanks for all your input. After hours of testing and cleaning connections. I've concluded the starter is bad. Where should I buy a new one? Are the $50 on eBay Amy good? Local dealer price is over $300!!!

Mine did the same thing, it was hard to keep it adleing. The largest jet in my dynojet kit was 150. I put it in and it seemed to help. I actually recently just purchased a kit from jetsrus.com looks like that's where you got that chart.

So, I've been working on the warrior a few hours a day the past couple days doing some upgrades. I installed banshee shocks, modded my air box, clean/jetted/pen spring and valve cap mod. Parking break block off, new AOF clutch perch and motion pro cables. No to the bad....got everything...

Might need to go up a size on the pilot and might be too big of a main jet. I'm no expert tho.

after installing my banshee shock. i noticed that there was a little bit of play on the top, side to side. maybe only 1/8-1/4" each way. honestly i've never really done any suspension work so i didn't know it this is normal or not?

My needle on my carb is set to the 3rd notch down. which i believe is stock. But under the clip there is a small washer and a rubber o-ring on the needle....is that supposed to be there???? I don't see it listed on any of the carb parts breakdowns i've looked at. maybe the last owner put it...

What all has to be removed for replacing the front shocks? I just received my shee shocks, but have honestly never done any work on the front end of my warrior. There's a first time for everything!
