got the 6 pack rack finished up, added a stay strap to keep **** in it

they are butter smooth i cleaned the edges with high grit on the belt sander... the area that looks sloppy is the silver marker that i used to give me my cut lines... ill get some good pics in the light this week to show them on the bike and how they look. i do like the heat gun idea though...

ya know i have no idea what bars/risers i went with... tomorrow i can dig a bit and see if i can track down where i ordered them from

guys so a buddy of mine has a Bill edition YZF450 he put on some monster nerfs and gave me his stock heel guards... I simply took some tin snips trimmed them so they would fit around my nerfs... man they all but bolted right up! had to bend in the peg mounts about a 1/2" then cut off the top...

well after a full season of riding the header is still holding strong!

where you from i have a set of fron fenders that are cracked and would be perfect to cut up... you can have them

hahaha thanks guys it RIPS! we are doing a bunch of smaller changes, and prob going to upgrade the primary spring so we can launch better... but here are a few more pics even dad took it for a rip...funny thing is he was with my aunt when they bought the snowmobile we used for this build...
