I have a warrior too, so I know what hills can be climbed. IF u think u can make to the top, I'm still waitin for someone to try it. Its just like youtube, everyone says they can make but know one will step up. U can even park at my house and I'll show some cool place to ride in the area.

Hills are steeper than they look. Its not smooth at the bottom either. The hills are loose to, not hard packed. If u wanna try to climb it, We can setup a ride. I guarantee u can only make up one or two hills in the video at the most.

What jetting are u guys using for this carb? I can ony get it to idle, as soon as I move the throttle it dies. Is it to rich, my plug is a dry black color. My jetting right now is 42 pilot, 160 main, needle in third slot

I shut off my atv and when I restarted it the engine would only idle. When I rev the throttle it misses, sounds like the carb is back firing in to the airbox. When I tried goin down the street it was pushing gas out of the gas cap vent hose. Does the carb need to be cleaned or rebuilt?

Man thats a nice clean engine. Only thing I dont like is the blue on the clutch cover.

I live by Hazleton,u can even park by my house. U dont have to worry about stuff disappering because I live in a small town where everyone knows everyone. Let me know we can set something up.

I bought it on ebay, I went and climbed some hills finally and im happy with the power difference. I use curve 2 seems like an all around setting, more power through rpm range. When I looked on dyna site they dont list the programable ignition anymore.

Also just because the valve cover o-ring gasket looks good, it dosen't mean they are. The rubber o-rings can have flat spots in them. I would change it first before messing with the head bolts, also the o-rings gaskets are cheap.

Is your battery dead? 3 to 4yrs is along time. Did u check all the ground wires? When my ground wire broke off the battery terminal, my quad would not start, the lights would not work unless my quad was running
