Has anyone tried the IMS brand Raptor 660 shifter on a warrior? I read it will fit on the FB forum and my tusk 250f shifter doesn't have enough clearance between the stator cover for proper positioning.
Just installed a new clutch & HD springs, raptor release, motion pro cable, and MSR raptor perch. I hope I installed it all right. Haven't started it or ridden it yet. I feel like the clutch pull is almost too light. I can pull the lever with just my pinky no problem.
Everything you guys have recommended so far have been "holeshot" style more or less, and from my experience those aren't the best for sand or mud, which I encounter frequently. What do you think of the two tires in the initial post?
I ride a very wide variety of terrain that includes a lot of sand with rocks, mud, and hardpacked clay. Honestly I think the factory balloon tires haven't been that bad for the terrain I ride, they're worn out though. I definitely like the 22" rears for the ground clearance they give.
