Ok guys put a new clutch in today. took out the wave washers and added another plate. Put it in and the clutch cable is way off. Tried adjusting but doesn't help when put in to gear it just goes. Now the pressure button on the cover accidently came out so went I put it back in I just made it and...

guys I need some help I am putting a new clutch in tomorrow and was reading a tutorial on taking out the wave washers and adding an extra thin steel plate. My question is what are the wave washers and witch is the thin steel plate? also while the cover is off might as well do the oil cooler...

yes is 17 the wave washers? I am putting a new clutch in tomorrow and want to do this. and I am going to use one of the old steel plates witch one is the thin steel? thanks guys?

I took the bowl off yesterday and the float needle seem to be moving freely? The over flow hose on the bowl had gas coming out of it also!

It is supposed to be a stock carb! Compression is good! But it is dumping gas into it bad! Coming out the breather tube! And fouling plugs left and right!

Update got it to run for a few rev up and it blew smoke out the exhaust bad, then it back fired through carb and died and went back to doing the same thing
