well i got the sputter to clear up with a 45 pilot and the stock 145 main but now im alittle lean as soon as i go up a size on the main (147.5)to richen it i get the hard stumble back.. Im going to try going with a step colder plug tomorrow any other ideas to try?
Well some of it got solved my choke was stuck but I still can't get it to lean out between 1/4-1/2 throttle even with needle maxed out lean both stock or dyno jet needle anyone have suggestions iv spent hours trying to figure this out mods are 366 je 10.5-1, .390 web cam, hmf slipon, proflow...
Well getting the wheeler going fresh rebuild new oem carb jetting but I am baffled it acts like the throttle override sensor is telling me it's on parking break both that and clutch perch sensors are bypassed anyone have any ideas?
Well instead of starting a new thread with another carb question got it back together today starts with alittle throttle and then idles as soon as I put into gear it dies or I keep it reved up it'll move cough sputter then die I'm running a vm38 w/ 220 main 35 pilot , 366 w/ 10.5:1, webcam .390...
Well the quicksilver ended up falling through and ended up getting mikuni vm38 due to the budget tightening up.. People running these what's a good start for my jetting? So I know which mains to order.. Would my dyno jet kit for my stock carb be the same jets for this?
She rides my raptor and likes the "pep" more so then the top end speed not very often that we need it was just looking for somthing to get what I can out of the piston and cam didn't want somthing like the carb holding it back.
