I just installed my white brothers on my warrior and I was kind of wondering how many discs I should have on the pipe. the motor has been rebuilt with one size up on the rings and it has also been ported. it also has a k&n air filter with some holes drilled in the lid. I'm still running the stock 145 main jet (it seems to run just fine)

I'm not definate about the amount of discs. My warrior has 8 or 9 in it currently. But as far as yours not being jetted, from what I've read on here for a slip on and a k&n w/ a mod'd lid you should go with around a 150 main jet. But, I would wait to hear anything more concrete from the others.
