warrior and blaster or 660?

So my buddy has a super nice warrior with tons of work, he also has a blaster that is being rebuilt right now. Someone offered him an 04 raptor 660 with big bore kit, jetted, hotcams stage 2, nerf bars, and a yoshi slip on. The problem is where he lives. He doesn't have a ton of open land, maybe 3 acres but theres trees still in the way. We never get the warrior out of 3rd I'm worried it would be dumb on his part(he has 2 so when someone comes over or one is broken you can ride) especially since the warrior has a big bore kit ported head brand new tires nerfs headlights ect.. I don't see us getting a 660 out of 2nd gear where he lives, what would you do?
