idk guys its so tight i odnt have the titener on yet ether so tell me wat it could be

are the teeth lined up on the bottom sprocket? usually you can see down in there with a flashlight. I dunno??

the timing chaing should be tight. A new chain should be so tight that you will have to remove the gear to get it on. so sounds like your ok.

are u sure its the rigth chain in there did u tuch the top end at all? if so did u put the chain tentioners in the hole right if not it will bend and cause the chain to have presure on it making it tight as dicks hatband. if not spin the motor over with the plug out and make sure the chin has not slipped off the crank and is sought off the gear adn making it tight as hell if its on the cam sprocket then its got to be off in the bottom end
