part out or fix and sell??

I just picked up warrior, a 96-01 model. in ok shape except crappy seat and painted plastics, guy said clutch is bad but ran last year. The thing would be worth 700 bucks running with a new seat around here but it would take me a month or 2 of work i bet to get it ready to sell, would I do just as well parting it out? it's 100% complete

If it has alot of goodies on her then part it out and make some $. thats what i would do haha or use the good parts for your warrior if you have a nicer one
