Knuckle arm bolts came loose

There are too hex or allen bolts on the knuckle arm on my 99warrior that came loose. I tightened them, but then looked and noticed they were spot welded originally. Will tightening these stay or do I need to somehow have them welded again? I don't have a welder so that will most likely be a problem.
