So i got it running today, and my seat came in so i can finish making brackets for the seat and plastics and then finish installing my pegs, nerfs, heel guards, codder pins and bleed the brakes. Cant wait to ride it!

I also need to get a shorter battery, anyone no what battery is used for the raptor 350 off the top of there head.

Hows that exhaust cant beat it for 150 shipped

I was actually pretty impressed with it, looks and sounds great, this motor also performs well with the minor mods it has and has great throttle response and low to mid range power, no complaints from me.

looks amazing man. i want your rear wheel setup! ughh sell it to me! lol. keep up the great work.

Got some minor things done, put the pegs, heel guards and nerfs on, also made sure all my codder pins were in. Next i will need to by the correct battery, have a new rear brake line made and order a set of raptor heel guards. Also wanting to get my case modded to add an oil cooler along with a case saver, but im going to Vegas in a couple weeks so it will have to wait for a bit

Thanks. Bars?
The shop is my buddies,, he does custom chassis fabrication. the one on the right is for my buddies custom K-5 blazer. And the one one the left is a wrapped and molded impala x frame

So glad to see someone had the same idea as me and it actually worked. Looks sweet! I notice you kept the warrior gas tank. If you swapped out to a raptor tank, do you think the front fendor would fit better (not to say that it doesn't fit good as is)? Also, do the handle bars hit the plastics if you turn hard?

I think the raptor fuel tank has different mounting points so it would take a little more modification to make it work. i think the fit is fine with the warrior tanks but ill probably trim around the gas tank cap to give it a little room. As far as the bars hitting the plastics i added billet risers so theres no conflict there.
