started working on the front end tonight .. got the A arms taken apart and blasted ..

then I threw a couple of coats of paint on ..
I started puting some of the bike back together ..
Starting to get itchy to ride this bike .. hope my parts show up so I can...
well I got a chance to get out to the shop fer a bit tonight.
started blasting the stuff that will fit into my blast booth ...

the truck is a 91 ranger 2wd .. its droped 4 inches i shaved the drip rails, cowl and all badging ..working on getting rid of some other things as well custom interior 5.0/aod swap .. and so on and so on .... lol

So I have been on the forum for a while mostly reading learning and getting ideas .
I have been slowly working on my warrior so I figured I would start a build thread so people could see what im doing and help me along in the right direction ..
well here goes ..
Its a 1987 gen 1 warrior...
so I finally have most of the parts for the rebuild and I finished tearing the motor apart .. I found that the oil pump is junk as well .. heres some pics of all the carnage I found .
and the last pic of all the crap together that came out of this case..
I need some info .. in the pic below the shaft that is circled has a wedge cut at the bottom so that the oil can go threw it to lube everything.. my question is .. Is there something in the hole to stop that shaft from spinning..
bones i bought a complete tranny set off ebay so I already have the shaft ..
I found a right side on ebay fer 32 shipped ..
I would love to get a matched set but it dosent work out.. ill just hope for the best I guess ..
well when I pulled the cases apart I found that one of the rods that holds the gears had broke.. the one that is circled
well when i pulled the piece that was still in the case out it was all out of round .. I thought about getting a bushing and making it all work out I think that just...
