I took both bikes to durhamtown, my buddy with the blaster was down needing a re-ring job, so i let him ride the warrior. he even broke the 2-stroke code and said he liked it and had fun. ;p

did you adjust the idle mixing screw?
i think its 2 1/2 turns out from lightly seated in.
also did you make sure the pilot jet was clean and clear of gunk?
i used a punch or a 3/8 extension, just wedge the spacer out of the way and work one side then the other until the pops out.
make sure you are hitting the outer race, or you will just knock the inner one apart from the rest of the bearing.

its an 03 660 and other than what you can see its got the pro designs filter and adapter 720 stroker and hotcams ST2 and is bitchn fast. it'll keep pulling the front up until you let off in 3rd on pavement :o

we ride sweetwater wma and what the locals call lucas rd, its a huge power lines that come directly from the power station, but now that is hunting season there are hunters on all that land and dont like quads so its down to highland and some random construction sites ;)
