Zero Deck Height

Is it ok to run my motor at zero deck height? I have put a +4 stroker in and put a thick gasket under the cylinder to put it at 0 deck height. Will the valves hit? Also would I be able to run any pump fuel?

I should add that I have a flat top piston.
