Upgrading exhaust system to full Yoshi setup

Hi there guys. I'm in the process of upgrading the exhaust system on my 350 Rapter to a full Yoshi pipe. The old one is a full GYTR which has seen better days. Will I have to re jet for the new setup? And if so. Any recommendations. I'm at sea level.

Probably not if it's already perfect for the gytr.
