just out of curiosity... do you guys prefer twist throttle or thumb throttle and why? personally i like the twist throttle better for riding long durations on trails because i found i don't get thumb fatigue but i haven't found one that holds up as good as the thumb throttle. also note any brands you prefer or modifications you've made that may be helpful. thanks

I got a twister for sale if your lookin to buy one. hahaha

I prefur thumb. Better throttle control in rough situations. The honda housing with the 90ex lever (that what I run) is a good mod if you get thumb fatigue. Also properly lubing your cable every few rides deff. helps.

Its kinda a give and take but if you look at the crashes most are with a twist throttle, they panic hold on and twist the throttle, if you have a thumb throttle you tend to let loose of the thumb and keep from throttleing in a panic.
