Well whenever I am driving, any terrain road, track, grass etc. the machine pulls to the right. Every thing is good, frame isnt bent, wheels, a-arms, handlebars. I thought it was air-pressure but they all match up(4 and half in the front, 3 and half in back). Do I have to adjust my tierods to fix this?

most likely your ft wheels are out of aliment causing it to pull to the right yea ajust the tye rods and tye to get both tires centered and ride it and see if that worked better

wen u adjust the tie rods just take a measurment from the frame or somewhere where u can get an accurate measurment and make sure each side are the same
