1) First you're going to install the drw cover in place of your oem oil filter cover.

2) Figure out where you want to run the lines. I recommend going up and over the stator cover and through the header. This should take about 3' of line.

3) Full the cooler up with oil, getting rid of as much air as possible.

4) Set the cooler in the frame with the fittings pointing up and connect all of your lines.

5) Start the motor and let all of the air bleed out of the system. Top off the oil in your quad.

6) Flip the cooler over, attaching it to the mounts on the frame. I line to use 1 of the thin bushings in each mount to get the proper fit.

I don’t think I’d find this on Amazon. A lot of those folks try to pass off knock off parts for cheap and I can’t put knock off parts on my warrior. But this is by far an awesome idea.

When I did mine, I swapped the fittings drw supplies with ones that sit alot closer to the cover, if I remeber right its 6an to 1/8 npt swivel...Heard some horror stories about cheap fittings coming apart and with hot high pressure oil I wanted to avoid that, so the lines and fittings are all vibrant performance. Wanted to keep the cooler low for oil flow reasons but I'll probably reposition where I have it. The exhaust is heat wrapped and the cooler works but it could be a little more efficient and probably a bit bigger too, but hey, you gotta experiment to figure these thi ga out
