the high idle could be because the needle clip is up 1 notch from stock I had the same problem when I upped the clip on the needle check that and put it on the 3 notch down from top some people just move the needle clip instead of putting bigger jets in doesn't always work though just moving the clip
 
No Im 16 and i have 2 warrior the fmf came off the old one so im taking the old carb and putting it on the new one
