Hi I just purchased a 1999 yamaha warrior and was told that the bottom end needs rebuilt but I was also told that it was bored out to make it a 400 if it is bored out do I need a bigger crank or piston any help would be appreciated as I am new to all of this thank you in advance josh

Pull if apart and see if its true. I doubt its a 400. Does it turn over?

No it does not turn over I learned that it was not honed or anything just has the big stroker kit on it! I plan on tearing it all apart and rebuilding the top and bottom end. Does anyone here have and recommendation on where to find good info to do the build myself as this will be my first time? I'm a automotive mechanic but first time doing a small engine. Also I have read mixed reviews on weisco products anyone have any pros or cons for them?
