Hey new to the site been researching this issue and have yet to find anything close to it. So background on it I picked up two warrior 350s, used the Oem carb but was super gunked up and the other quad had a Chinese carb. Both wouldn't rev high, started back firing and what not! I did find out that the parking brake had to be disabled and now it runs fine. Started working on it again New carb was running and idling fine the night before, started the next day and its high revving, and choke has to stay on as well. Did take it for a spin but it was moving and ran good on 1/4 to full throttle. Parked it, left it running to turn off the choke and tries to idle but turns off almost immediately after. Did see the air/fuel mixture screw was out pretty far! backed it back in and it was popping on high throttle. The idle screw is barely touching the metal in the carb but still idles high can not run with choke off always has to be choked! no leaks on the intake side and after the carb everything is air tight it seems any help would be greatly appreciated
