Main Switch reverse Run & Stop

So for my main switch the kill and run is swapped. Any ideas why this would be besides the switch wires might be swapped? Its brand new

The only way that could happen is if it was put together wrong.

its all seal connectors so im not sure how it could be messed up unless the problem is in the switch
