Looking for input and est. on a top end rebuild

What piston/rings, should i hone or port n polish, should i change cam and valves too? just looking for your personal opinions. My compression is just so so...thoughts?

port and polish/new cam and valves are not necessary but if your burning oil you should do rings and while your in there do valve seals cause those can be a problem too. whats your compression at? opcorn:

If you wanna make more power then you will have to install an aftermarket cam. Anything other then a stage 1 0r 2 hotcam WILL require HD valve springs. P&p helps get the most out of a cam.
