I took my wheel spacer's off when I put my new ITP wheels on because the offset was pretty close to the stock wheels with the spacer's. My question is what would the handling or how long would bearings and such last if I put the spacer's back on? I am wanting it a little wider. It is still a little narrow for alot of the riding I do. I ride a lot of trails and washouts mainly with friends that have sport quads and they are much wider, making it easy for them not to tumble over as the Wolvy wants to do.

I wider stance will make it be more stable, but might make some narrower trails more difficult to navigate through. Might make the suspension a little softer too, but as far as bearing and such, I dont think youd notice a different in the life of those parts. Spacers in the front will also increase bump-steer though.

What size spacers are we talking anyway?
