which hot cam is better?im looking for more speed.is it a stage1 or stage2?

According to their website, they are both excellent for midrange and topend increases, but the stage 2 is designed to run with a stroker. FWIW

To get more speed you can do all you want to the motor and it wont really change until you change your gearing then you need more horse power to run your gearing!

So if I change the cam I have to put in a stage 1.is that correct?i was also wondering if I got a stage 2 if I have to change my crank and piston?

OK, first off, we need to be talking about this in only one thread. Second, you CAN run the stage 2 with stock crank and piston but it was DESIGNED to be ran with their stroker kit. It works together as a complete setup. Therefore, you would have more of stage 2's potential used with the stroker setup.
