Today I ordered a durablue filter and clamp on kit. Since I'm in Canada I would end up paying like 140 bucks for a noss kit so I looked around for Canadian distributors that sell similar kits and found this one from durablue. I was a bit concerned at the plastic construsction and only one mounting screw but I talked to another Canadian on bluetraxx and he runs the same kit and he loves it. So I figured if it works and its onlt 81 bucks Canadian I might as well get it. It should be here tomorrow.
As for removing the airbox altogether there was a guy on ebay selling the kit for like 5 bucks with a k&n. It might still be on there (i saw it a couple days ago). The guy was in Canada I think so you might have to search for canadian sellers too.
