We are getting ready to put an EBC clutch in an 01 warrior. The Clymer manual talks about lining up the smaller id friction plate with the arrow on the clutch boss. Problem is the smaller friction plate has no notch. All the other plates do. What is the significance of the notch? I assume it is just to make sure the smaller id plate is installed against the clutch boss. The new clutch is sitting in oil waiting to be installed. Any help would be

stick it in there and rotate it!
hahha, i've head that before!!!
if theres no notch it should seat itself it you turn it slowly, if thats the case you can only install it 2 ways, the right way and the wrong way

From what I remember from installing my clutch, it doesn't make a difference how that plate is lined up, it's cut the same on all of the teeth sticking out. The disc with a larger surface area and no notches is the one that should be in the place of the stock plate with the notch.
