probaly pressure washed it then wiped it down with a cleaner. but keep in mind that weston doesn't do a whole lot of mudy trail riding either lol
 
wow this thread is way way way behind....

motor went back together, still together and runs like a scalded dog.

changed cams to a white brothers 1905 grind.

changed to the custom head pipe Pat built me.

put in lightened Rocker arms with a plesently surprising amount of gain in respoce and over all quickness.

also changed to a 1.2 lbs lithium ion battery from balistic racing.

and relocated the battery, and all electronics to the front of the frame just behind the lower rear a arm mount. and shortened the wireing harness along with deleting all the safty switches, park brake, reverse light, neutral light and all of those switches.

its looking more and more like a bare bones racer every day.

Yea pat I got it on, and tore it off twice. Lol.

It was a stock rocker. And it was very noticeable and i think worth every bit of effort

thats up to date now. changed the spindles to aluminum yfz spindles and huds and saved about 4-6 pounds up front.
 
Hey dune i seen u got a big bear 400 timing chain cover on urs does that help relieve more crank case pressure
 
I just watched ur youtube vid how come u blocked off the crank and went to t head. Y not keep both i thought the more pressure u release the better it would run. There was a mod on honda 250ex that had a valve cover cap u could buy to vent the motor better
