anyone have or ever seen an aftermarket shfter(drive select lever thing)????

havent seen any aftermarket shifters for the raptor 350... Death was sellin direct mount shifters a while ago... talk to him about it

There's a nice aluminum direct mount shifter on ebay for the warrior, which would work on the rappy 350. The only problem with that is if you ever get an oil cooler that uses the big bear adapter the shifter will get in the way. If you think you're going to get an oil cooler then the best bet would be to get a direct mount shifter from deathshadow, I think he has some built already.
