Thers one of the thousand fun ( but sadly illegal ) in east sparta called 'the bowl' , I stopped going though a freind of mine got shot at and it's illegal and makes a 'you crazy punk kids' reputation for quads , but here's a neat picture of it!!! Go google maps satellites!!!

probably off limits because of the power lines. but that looks like a sweet spot.

I work right by there, I bet it still gets ridden a alot. Would be a fun and semi close place to wheel for me.

Powerline clearings are often the best places to wheel. All of Wellsville is mainly power line hills.
