I used a switch from a Raptor 350 for my back brake switch;

The hole drilled in the lever for the spring was the only mod.

Wadda you mean a double banjo? Got any pics of how your is set up? So you hooked this up to your front brakes? I just wanna do it on my rear.

I mean since i have the 2 streamlinez brake lines i had to get the "double" banjo switch. Heres some pics to clear it up. They make just singles too which you would need for just the rear. I use my front brakes more so thats why i did it that way. I might get a single rear so it comes on no matter what brakes i use.

so both of your front brake lines run up to your brake lever? did you put one on the back also? Couldn't just use a single and then let them split up lower like stock? here is how I wired mine to the rear brake

Thats what came with my a arms. 2 long brake lines. I kinda dont like it but it will have to work.

It looks good I think. I thought you bought extra long lines just to hook it up that way lol. So now I know what I'll get when I get new lines. right now mine are stock, i just bent the metal out to make them long enough. the poor mans way lol

lol hey what ever works, works. Actually you can get the ones that come off the resivior with 1 line then splits off into 2 seprate lines. Kyler has them on his. IMO it looks more finished, unlike mine that just hang there.

ELWOOD - I wanna see how your is set up. What actuator is that, wher'd you get it. I want to do the same thing. What tail light you using?

wow links are still good I got them from my brakelight thread, it tells how I wired it also. I did tear the light apart and reinforce it a little. bolts werent strong enough for me the way they make them.

Ok guys Im gonna attempt this. I Already have a yfz master cyl with the switch built in. So all I have to do is connect one wire from that switch to the batt and then the other goes to the taillight/ brake light?

yep... ideally you want to put it after the inline fuse, or on a wire that only has power when the key is on but the battery will work fine, thats where mine is
