This years addition to parts along with my flexx bars looks to be a set of ohlins front shocks and houser pro bounce heel guards. Trying to find a free day from school work to finish up my wiseco 11-1 and driveline clutch and install these new goodies.

Some pics after I finished installing the wiseco 11-1

Hey Beastly your Quad made it into the August Dirt Wheels letter section page 22.

update on this quad is it hasn't been started in 2 months. I'm finally graduating this spring though and planning another rebuild with fresh powdercoat, another motor build and developing a long travel linkage, possibly new plastic if budget allows.

Update on how its performing now though, loving the flexx bars, elka fronts and houser pro bounce heel guards. The 11-1 piston with hotcam stage 1 is a great trail motor.

I have also been thinking about working on a longer travel linkage for the rear. Going to measure up the compress/extended lengths of my 660 rear and work from there. I would be interested to see your design. Also, your warrior is looking sick, looking forward to seeing the rebuild.

Thanks man, my current iteration is a raptor 350 like with a 700 bone. My next design is based off the raptor link but the mount is moved an inch or so back with the stock 350 bone. Looking at a 660 shock with a softer spring rate. My current setup gives me a softer suspension for what I have however the progression ratio is a little slow.

Maybe try a softer progressively sprung spring. I am going to try a mojave rear spring which should be a lighter spring rate and is progressive. I have a raptor 350 link and bone right now. If you look at the 660 linkage and bone, you will see the shock mount hole is lower than on the raptor link. If I am thinking correctly, this should give a more aggressive progression, so maybe moving the hole lower on a 350 link would have the effect you are looking for. Very interested in your designs. Pm me if you'd like I would gladly discuss it in more detail lol. We could also get a cad drawing created, as I can open that on my college laptop.

Just an update on the quad. I parted it out in 2016 and bought a side by side. Now I've been putting it back together for about 2 years and this is where it sits.

Started tearing the quad down for the 20 year rebuild. The frame will be getting redone a silver flake, all aluminum will be polished, plastic will be cleaned with some oem looking decals, tcs shocks are being redone and put on the front, carb will be an fcr39 which I need to make a custom intake for and a monster exhaust from Weston.

I started off by having the frame powdercoated silver, the swingarm blue and some miscellaneous black.
