The motor then had a billet clutch basket installed from drw, case was cleaned with aluminum cleaner and the. Installed in the frame.

The +2 suspension was sold off and I picked up a set of +2 long travel 400ex arms with yfz450r shocks and yfz450 spindles. The a arms were powdercoated blue to match the swingarm.

The clutch cover oil cooler was replaced with a drw oil filter cover and new lines were ran to a new cooler.

Duneracerweston then fabbed be up a custom left hand exhaust using a monster can.

I always missed the oem decals so I took the dead last kit off that was showing it's age and ages the stock decals on the rear fenders.

Wow that's really nice, youve done an exceptional job! I recognize the bottle of mequires rubbing compound, how long have you been working on it?
 
This build is fantastic wish I had half the knowledge a lot of you have wow seriously great build I’m in love with the left side exhaust and that oil cooler system is awesome so I take you were able to use direct shifter with that setup

Yeah I just used the ims warrior shifter. It was a little close to for me so I had to put it in a vice and bend it out. Just keep hanging out around here and reading old threads and you'll learn a lot. While a lot of members don't post much here anymore, they use old threads as reference.

This site def helps with a lot of stuff for sure I never owned a warrior until I got older I used to whip blasters as a kid loved them things but now at 36 with 4 kids I’m in love with my warrior best wheeler I’ve ever owned besides my two scramblers my sons ride now other question I wanted to ask you is what kind of oil cooler set up is that I’ve been checking out the zoom zoom one but I like the way you have yours

I used the drw oil filter cover. Then I found the cooler on eBay (it's actually a 240sx cooler), frame clamps were on Amazon I believe and the lines and clamps were Amazon.
