Arms question!!

So my rappys front arms upper and lower are all chipped up and scratched with extremely slight surface rust. I was wondering if when I take off the arms to sand real good and hit them up with some fresh paint if I'll need to replace any seals, boots or anything like that (like if you take a clutch cover off you need to replace the gasket when putting back on) or if I can just reassemble? The helps very appreciated guys!!

Just check the bushings and replace if necessary.
